Meet Paul Rancatore
I was born and raised in Massachusetts. It has always been home even though I have lived other places and spent much of life traveling. I’m a 29-year Air Force veteran and now a captain for American Airlines. I’m also an entrepreneur and small business owner.
In my Air Force career and as a commercial pilot, I have seen much of the world and I can say without a doubt that despite all our problems, America is still the greatest country in the world. When I was a teenager I took an oath to serve and even though I’m no longer in the military, I still hold strong to that oath. I see serious challenges that threaten the very foundations of this country and I believe it’s time for new ideas and new leadership in Congress to meet those challenges.
To paraphrase Einstein, "Problems cannot be solved using the same level of thinking that created them.”
I’m running as an Independent because I believe Democrats and Republicans have been focused on partisanship rather than solving the real issues facing this country.
We have now accepted as standard operating procedure a certain level of lies, deceit, and manipulation from our elected officials. But when our government becomes so dysfunctional that our economy and, in fact, the entire world economy suffers, it’s time to take action.
I believe as an Independent I can break the cycle of partisan bickering, and drive reasonable solutions to the very serious problems we face as a country. At the same time, I’m passionate about the state where I grew up and most of my family lives. My first priority is to the people of Massachusetts and ensuring that this great state continues to grow and thrive.
I invite you to learn more about how I stand on specific issues.
Thank you for considering me to be your next U.S. Senator.
